Reina Dolgovykh, a native Floridian born and raised in the vibrant city of Orlando, is a trusted real estate professional with a strong foundation in hospitality and luxury home construction. Reina relocated to Connecticut, where she successfully opened two new hotels and led sales efforts across four properties. Her leadership and results-driven approach earned her recognition in a fast-paced, competitive market. After six successful years up north, she returned to the warmth of Florida to be closer to family and embrace a new chapter in Southwest Florida.

Shifting from hospitality to the construction industry, Reina dove into luxury home builds and high-end renovations. Her time as a project manager, most notably overseeing a 16,000-square-foot private residence on Fort Myers Beach, gave her an edge few real estate professionals possess—an in-depth understanding of homes from the ground up.
